Google Maps Visibility Report — $147

If the report contains verifiable errors or is clearly not specific to your practice, reply to the delivery email within 7 days and we'll refund the full $147. No forms, no calls, no "let us address your concerns."

What qualifies for a refund:

• The report contained factual errors about your practice
• The competitor analysis named the wrong competitors for your area
• The recommendations were clearly generic and not specific to your practice or city

What does not qualify:

• You disagree with our analysis or rankings assessment — that's a conversation, not a refund reason. Email us and we'll discuss.
• You haven't had time to implement the recommendations yet
• More than 7 days have passed since the report was delivered
• You found the information useful but decided not to act on it

GBP Audit + Optimization — $247

This service involves active implementation work on your profile. Refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed at the time of your request.

• Before work started: 100% refund — full $247 returned
• Work started but not completed: Pro-rated refund based on tasks completed, determined in good faith between us
• Work fully completed: No refund — but we will address any specific issues at no additional charge

Review Engine — $297/month

Cancel at any time by emailing us with "Cancel my service." Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. No refunds for partial months already paid. No early cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Starter Website — $297 / Starter Website + GBP — $497

Website projects involve active design and development work. Refund eligibility depends on what has been completed at the time of your request.

• Before work started: 100% refund
• Work started but not live: Pro-rated based on tasks completed
• Website live and delivered: No refund — but we will fix any issues at no charge

Note: Domain registration fees ($10-12) are non-refundable once purchased as the domain belongs to you.

Local Dominance — $1,497/month

A 3-month minimum commitment applies to allow enough time for meaningful ranking movement. After the 3-month minimum, cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. No refunds for partial months. No fees after the minimum period is complete.
