If our work doesn't deliver value to you, we'd rather refund you than keep your money. Bad outcomes hurt our reputation more than they help our revenue. The policies below are how we apply that principle.
If the audit doesn't tell you anything useful about your practice, reply to the delivery email within 7 days of receiving the report and we'll refund the full $97. No questions, no forms, no "let us address your concerns" calls.

The $249 tier includes the audit plus implementation work. Refund eligibility depends on what's been completed:
Our retainer has no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time for any reason.
If you're considering cancellation due to dissatisfaction with our work specifically, please email us first — we'd rather fix the issue than lose a client. But if you just want to leave, we make that easy too.
For the $97 audit: Reply to the delivery email within 7 days with the words "refund please" — we process it within 24 hours.
For the $249 tier: Email hello@localgrowthinsights.com with subject line "Refund request — order #XXXXX" and we'll respond within 24 hours with the applicable refund amount.
For Local Dominance: Email us with "Cancel my retainer" — we confirm same-day and stop billing for the next cycle.
Disputed charges: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us, we'll provide the bank with our service delivery records, but we'd much rather resolve the issue directly. Contact us first; we resolve faster than chargebacks do.
Multi-practice orders: Refunds for multi-practice orders are handled on a per-practice basis using the standard policies above.
Founding Partner program: Founding Partners receive services at no charge, so no refund applies — but you can exit the program at any time.
