Agreement

By using localgrowthinsights.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Services we offer

The Audit ($97)

A one-time custom report analyzing your Google Business Profile, your top 5 competitors, and 14 ranking signals — delivered as a PDF within 48 hours of order.

Audit + Basic Fix ($249)

The Audit plus implementation of the top 10 recommended fixes by our team — delivered within 7 days. Requires manager-level access to your Google Business Profile.

Local Dominance ($1,497/month)

Ongoing management of your Google Business Profile including weekly Google Posts, daily review monitoring and response, monthly ranking reports, and quarterly strategy calls. Cancel anytime.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when ordering (correct practice name, city, email)
• For services requiring access: provide manager-level access (never owner) to your Google Business Profile and respond to access requests within 5 business days
• Pay invoices on time per the payment terms agreed at order
• Use our reports and recommendations only for the practice they were created for (don't share with other practices)

Our responsibilities

• Deliver services within the timelines specified at order
• Use only public data and ethical methods to produce our analysis
• Maintain the confidentiality of any private information you share
• Honor refund requests per our Refund Policy
• Provide you with reasonable notice (30 days) before changing our pricing or scope on retainer services

What we can't promise

We can't guarantee specific Google rankings, specific patient volume increases, or specific revenue outcomes. Search rankings are determined by Google's algorithms, which change frequently and consider factors outside our control. We can promise to do good work and apply best practices — we cannot promise outcomes Google ultimately controls.

Intellectual property

The reports, templates, and materials we create for you are licensed for use within your dental practice. The underlying analysis methodology, scoring system, and report templates remain our intellectual property. You may use deliverables internally and share them with employees but not republish them publicly or resell them.

Account termination

For ongoing retainer services, either party can cancel at any time. Pre-paid amounts for partial months are not refunded but service continues for the paid period. We may terminate service immediately if you breach these terms or behave abusively toward our team.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at hello@localgrowthinsights.com. We resolve nearly all disputes via direct conversation. If we can't resolve a dispute through good-faith communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any disputes that proceed to litigation will be governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect at the time of your most recent order applies to that order. For ongoing retainers, we'll notify you of material changes 30 days before they take effect.
