By using localgrowthinsights.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

We cannot guarantee specific Google rankings, specific patient volume increases, or specific revenue outcomes. Search rankings are determined by Google's algorithms, which change frequently and consider hundreds of factors outside our control. We can promise to apply industry best practices and do excellent work — we cannot promise outcomes that Google ultimately controls.
Our refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. In summary: one-time reports are refundable within 7 days if we have not delivered. Monthly retainer services are cancelable at any time with 30 days notice — no partial month refunds are issued but service continues for the full paid period.
The reports, analyses, and materials we create for you are licensed for use within your dental practice. The underlying methodology, scoring systems, proprietary data models, and report templates remain the intellectual property of Local Growth Insights. You may use deliverables internally and share them with your employees but may not republish them publicly or resell them to other practices.
When you grant us manager-level access to your Google Business Profile, we will use that access only to perform the specific services you have purchased. We will not make changes beyond the agreed scope. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings. We recommend reviewing and revoking access once services are complete.
For ongoing retainer services, either party may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to contact@localgrowthinsights.com. Pre-paid amounts for the notice period are not refunded but service continues for the full paid period. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately and without refund if you breach these terms or engage in abusive behaviour toward our team.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 6 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost patients, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at contact@localgrowthinsights.com. We resolve nearly all disputes through direct conversation within a few business days. If we cannot resolve a dispute through good-faith communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any disputes that proceed to formal resolution will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your most recent order applies to that order. For ongoing retainer clients, we will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email.
