How does your methodology compare to standard SEO agency analyses?
Standard agency audits typically cover 4-6 surface-level signals: review count, posting activity, photo count, basic keyword presence. Our 14-signal framework covers all of those plus 8 deeper signals — review velocity (not just count), category structure depth, NAP consistency across the web, Q&A engagement, profile completeness scoring, competitive triangulation, and more. The expanded scope is why our reports surface issues that surface-level audits miss.
How is $97 even possible? What's the catch?
There's no catch. The report is the product. We built the analysis system once — it ingests your GBP data, scrapes your competitors, and generates the PDF. The marginal cost to produce one more report is roughly $3. $97 is what keeps us profitable at volume and accessible to practices that don't have a $5,000 marketing budget. Some buyers eventually upgrade to our $1,497/mo service. Most don't, and that's fine.
Can I see an example report before I buy?
Yes. Email us at hello@localgrowthinsights.com and we'll send you a redacted sample from a previous audit. Practice name and city are removed; everything else is real.
What if the report doesn't tell me anything I don't already know?
Then we refund the $97. We'd rather lose $97 than have someone feel cheated. This has happened twice out of our first audits — both times the dentist was already working with an SEO firm. If you're already on top of your GBP, tell us before you order and we'll suggest you skip it.
How do you actually get the competitor data?
Public sources only. Google Business Profiles, Google Maps, and published review data. We don't scrape anything private, we don't use hacks, we don't access any account that isn't publicly visible. The same data anyone with time could gather manually — we just gather it faster and structure it into a report.
Do I need to give you access to my Google account?
Not for the audit. The $97 report uses only public data about your profile. For the $249 "Audit + Basic Fix" tier, yes — we need manager-level access to your GBP to execute the changes. Never owner access, and never for the report tier.
Is this really worth it for a small practice?
Small practices benefit more than large ones. If you're a solo dentist or a 2-chair practice, each new patient from Google matters more than it does for a 10-dentist corporate office. One new patient typically covers 15-30 audits depending on your procedures. The math is hard to argue with.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
Payments processed through Stripe (the same system used by Shopify and Amazon). Credit card or ACH. No bank details stored on our side. You'll get a receipt and invoice by email immediately.
